San Diego Septic Design and Testing provides what you need to receive your septic permit in San Diego County. We, along with our partners, provide all the necessary drilling, percolation testing, drawings and calculations for your specific site and work closely with the county personnel to get you on your way.
Our Services
-
Each time you add a new habitable structure to your site a percolation test or waiver letter is required to receive approval.
-
To conduct percolation tests and to monitor the surrounding groundwater, a series of holes are required to be drilled and stabilized with pvc pipe.
-
The location of the new septic system must be drawn to scale for review and permanent file with the county.
-
After each field test, the results are tabulated and the amount of septic field required is established.
-
When requested, we provide the location of the staked system in the field for review and/or construction.
